Heritage Farmstead Museum
The Heritage Farmstead Museum is a late-Victorian farmhouse, built-in 1891 on a 365-acre farm. The house belonged to Mary Alice Farrell and her husband Hunter Farrell and is now popular for hay-rides and chicken feedings. A great spot for the whole family, this museum’s mission is to preserve, collect, and understand late 19th century Blackland Prairie history. If you are ever hosting guests in Plano, Texas, make sure to bring them to this designated historic site.
